Two Months!

 How can it be that my baby is already TWO months old?? She just keeps getting cuter and cuter, and I am falling more and more in love with her by the minute! I love my sweet girl! Recap of two months...



In the second month I have...

Discovered my thumb... I still prefer my bink, but once in a while will sneak it in when no one's looking...
Learning how to talk back to my Momma and Papa already. Cooing and smiling is my new favorite thing.
I enjoy doing push ups and pullups (assisted by my Papa of course). I can now hold the push up position for several minutes.
My baby cousin was born right before I turned two months... However, we are the same size so she may not consider me her "older" cousin.
I still adore my swing, and am starting to enjoy the front to back motion and not just side to side anymore.
Momma's favorite...I sleep from 10:30pmish-5:30amish, depending on my tummy. (I did sleep til 6:30am though just the other night... Momma seemed really happy about that!)
My hair started growing back, and I'm wearing a couple 3 month old outfits. I'm still mostly wearing my 0-3 months though. Momma has packed away a few Newborn outs which makes me happy.
I also enjoy blowing lots of bubbles, drooling a puddle on your shoulder, and getting lots of kisses.
I'm looking forward to seeing what happens in my third month! I have a few ideas in mind...

 On the morning of Thursday, September 16, 2021 I woke up eagerly to get ready for our co-op with Classical Conversations. However, I noticed I was having contractions that seemed to be rhythmic. I decided to download a timing app and noticed them coming every 5 minutes or so for the next hour. I began to wonder if I was going into labor. I was so excited I messaged my co-op director that we wouldn't be going to CC that day because I thought I might possibly be in labor. I didn't want to make the drive 25 minute drive and then have to immediately come home. I also messaged my friend who was planning to shoot the birth. I messaged her giving her the heads up that I thought I was in labor, but wasn't positive, and didn't want to declare anything quite yet. This is very normal for me. 24 Months!

Here we are with the bear again... 24 months, aka 2 years old, aka the testing of my character begins... Sure glad I have the Holy Spirit to guide me... I am talking, running, jumping all over the place.  I went to Hawaii with my family and had a blast at the beach playing in the sand and water. I love "kicking the ball!" with Papa. I started calling Momma, Mommy, but Papa is still Papa. I love animals especially my cat, Peng! I am going potty on the potty consistently. Just don't go anywhere without my little potty. I am still wetting the bed at night, but we are working on that one. I love playing at the park, and going down the slide is my favorite. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and being silly. My hair is getting very long and Momma is trying to get me to sit still to make it look fancy. My favorite show is Baby Einstein (when Papa will let me watch it). Ten Months!

Oh my, only a couple more months and my babe will be ONE YEAR!! Ahhhhh. But for now, I will enjoy these next couple of months.   This month has been a BIG month for me. DOUBLE DIGITS!   In the tenth month I have...   Whistled. I'm quick and keep Momma on her feet. She never knows when I'm going to do it, that way she can't get it on tape. ;)   Started clapping my hands. If you do a good job, don't worry I will clap for you. I also like to clap when music is playing.   Become a "pro" waver.   We left on my 10 month birthday for Seattle and I walked Papa to the door. Before he closed the front door and had the chance to say goodbye, I waved him off.   Learned to turn on my butt in circles. (It's my nice way of saying I don't want to listen to you... Everyone just thinks it's a new trick though.)   BIGGEST accomplishment of ALL... I have officially started crawling. Momma and Papa (and everyone else!)...
